Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Program Coordinator to join our team on a contractual basis for a period of six months. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project scope, resources, and timelines, ensuring the successful execution of projects from inception to completion while collaborating closely with various internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Assume complete responsibility for project outcomes
  • Coordinate project activities and meetings to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
  • Establish project roles, outline activities, and implement change management procedures
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues
  • Oversee project priorities, risks, and relationships with stakeholders
  • Create comprehensive project plans, budgets, and task management strategies
  • Provide regular updates on progress to management and team members
  • Facilitate communication with suppliers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in MS Project and Project Online Server
  • Strong grasp of cost-benefit analysis and product lifecycle management
  • Experience in New Product Development and project oversight
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in engineering
  • Experience within the Aerospace, Automotive, or Electronics sectors

Duration:

  • 6 months
  • Full-time, Monday to Friday

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly compensation ranges from $52 to $67, based on experience.
