About the Role

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is a leading provider of healthcare services, including housekeeping, laundry, dining, and nutritional services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Dietary Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the food service program to meet food quality standards and safety guidelines, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment, and provide regular reports to HCSG and facility management.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to ensure they meet HCSG standards, including quality control and in-service training.
  • Communicate effectively with client managers, building occupants, and administrators to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by following infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures.
  • Represent HCSG positively by following instructions, being courteous, and cooperative with supervisor, co-workers, and client staff.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to follow oral and written instructions.
  • Utilize leadership skills to accomplish responsibilities without supervision.
  • Associate's degree or higher in food service management or hospitality, or equivalent experience.
  • Specialized training in foodservice management and nutrition, including certification as a Food Protection Manager (FPM) and eLuminate Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications.
  • Two years of experience in quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to maintain records and complete reports as required.
