Senior Living Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Living Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for serving seniors and a proven track record of success in sales and relationship building within the senior living industry.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy growth and achieve community goals.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals, social workers, and community organizations.
  • Conduct engaging tours and presentations to prospective residents and their families, highlighting the unique benefits of our communities.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry through closing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all prospects.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director and community team to implement effective marketing initiatives and events.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activity and progress.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years of proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the senior living industry.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of the senior living market and competitive landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
