We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at Vi Living. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for performing sales activities, assisting with outreach events, and moving residents into our community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct phone outs, schedule appointments, and provide tours to prospective residents and their family members.
  • Follow up with leads from local outreach events, including completing introductory/initial calls, scheduling appointments, sending mailers, conducting home visits, and preparing for Sales Counselor phone outs.
  • Conduct targeted REPS sales activity designed to generate specific focus on area of need, such as apartment availability, re-energizing leads, and demographics.
  • Manage assigned leads and document the CRM system.
  • Provide outreach support, including assistance with events.
  • Assist with new move-in customer service follow up.

Requirements

Qualified applicants must possess 5 years of direct sales experience involving high-end products or services. Proven individual sales experience as a top producer is required. A basic understanding of the retirement living and continuing care concepts is preferred. A valid and current driver's license is also required, where applicable.
