Community Relations Representative

Welcome to Belmont Village Senior Living, where we're dedicated to creating vibrant and active senior living communities that stand the test of time. Our Community Relations team is a trusted resource for prospective residents, providing expert guidance throughout the consultative sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with sales partners to achieve and maintain occupancy goals in the community.
  • Develop and maintain a strategic approach to sales and marketing, with a proven track record of advancing sales relationships towards move-in.
  • Maintain a positive referral network with key area physicians, healthcare communities, and other community partners.
  • Manage a proprietary lead database with daily strategic use.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior Living.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience, with at least 1 year in senior living, assisted living, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Interest in working with the older population.
  • MS Office experience and ability to use database CRM software.
  • Ability to travel locally to fulfill job responsibilities.
