Community Relations Team Member

Welcome to Belmont Village Senior Living, a leader in senior living communities. We're seeking a skilled Community Relations Team Member to join our team in Aventura, Florida.

About the Role

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented position that requires a strategic approach to sales and marketing. As a Community Relations Team Member, you will work collaboratively with a sales partner to achieve and maintain occupancy goals in our community. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive referral network with key area physicians, healthcare communities, and other community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with a sales partner to achieve and maintain occupancy at or above the budgeted census level.
  • Maintain a strategic approach to sales and marketing with proven success in advancing sales relationships towards move-in.
  • Maintain a positive referral network with key area physicians, healthcare communities, and other community partners.
  • Maintain an accurate and thorough proprietary lead database with daily strategic use.
  • Plan, organize, and participate in marketing events to promote Belmont Village Senior Living.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of prior sales experience with at least 1 year of sales experience in senior living, assisted living, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Interest in working with the older population.
  • MS Office experience and ability to use database CRM software.
