Director of First Impressions

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a First Impressions Director at International at Aventura Senior Living. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our residents, families, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking correspondence.
- Assist with ordering supplies, maintaining files, and performing administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident and visitor inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the President and Community Business Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Perform emergency procedures, such as CPR, and maintain a safe and secure environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in a clerical or reception role.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
