Technical Support Specialist

At Intelligent Technical Solutions, we're looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Help Desk Technician I, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients.
Job Responsibilities- You will be responsible for resolving various technical issues with minimal assistance, including workstation operating system problems, printer issues, standard business application issues, line-of-business application issues, and basic networking troubleshooting related to desktop connectivity.
- Answering incoming Quick Fix calls from clients is also an essential part of this role.
- You must be proficient in supporting Office 365, MS Office, Active Directory, Adobe, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
- Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting is also necessary.
- Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role is required.
- You should be skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, and user profile management.
- Experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for client visits are also required.
We offer competitive pay rates starting at $23/hr up to $28.81/hr, depending on experience and location.
