Technical Support Specialist

We're looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment at Skai Brasil. As a key member of the Skai 24x7 Support Team, you will handle incoming support tickets and live chat inquiries from clients, addressing or escalating those tickets as needed.
This role requires strong technical expertise, project management skills, and exceptional written communication abilities. You will work collaboratively with the global Skai 24x7 Support Team to fulfill complex requests and meet quarterly goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing practical solutions by utilizing in-depth training, internal resources, and an investigative mindset to review, analyze, and resolve support requests submitted by clients.
- Enabling real-time support for clients during work hours by responding to live chat support requests.
- Managing and re-prioritizing your personal queue of support tickets on a daily basis.
- Partnering with the global Skai 24x7 Support Team to fulfill complex requests and meet quarterly goals.
You will also have the opportunity to build a deep understanding of Skai processes and best practices, partner with other teams when appropriate, and become a subject matter expert in online advertising and Skai's products.

The estimated salary for this position is $23-$25 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This role is eligible for additional bonus compensation, details of which will be provided during the recruitment process.
