You will be responsible for troubleshooting problems with network equipment and performing repairs or upgrades as necessary. Additionally, you will provide technical support to users through assistance from the support desk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot problems with network equipment and perform repairs or upgrades as necessary.
  • Provide technical support to users through assistance from the support desk.
  • Install, configure, and maintain local area networks, including desktops and peripherals.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in computer science, data processing, or related field.
  • Three years of IT/Helpdesk support experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with networking and personal computer software, as well as ability to install and troubleshoot hardware and software on networking equipment and microcomputers.
  • Effective communication skills to present information clearly to staff and the public.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a salary range of $21.00-$26.00 per hour and benefits that include health insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
