Intelligent Technical Solutions is a dynamic and growing company seeking a skilled Technician I to provide top-notch technical assistance to our clients. This role involves providing onsite and remote IT support, ensuring seamless technical assistance for various tasks such as system updates and hands-on troubleshooting.

Job Responsibilities
  • Technical Issue Resolution: Resolve workstation operating system issues, printer issues, standard business application issues, line-of-business application issues, basic networking troubleshooting, and answer incoming Quick Fix calls from clients with little or no assistance.
  • Proficient in Supporting: Office 365, MS Office, Active Directory, Adobe, backup software, endpoint cybersecurity, mobile devices, and various business applications.
  • Experience Requirements: Prior experience in Helpdesk support or a similar role, skilled in application troubleshooting, PC deployments/imaging, user profile management, and experience with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is highly desirable.
Benefits and Salary

We offer competitive pay rates starting at $23/hr up to $28.81/hr based on experience and location. Additionally, we provide benefits such as paid US holidays, paid time off, comprehensive health plans, life and accident insurance, accident and disability coverage, company-paid training and certification, retirement security, and health & wellness program.

Our estimated salary range for this position is between $45,600 and $59,700 per year, depending on the location and level of experience. Compensation and benefits may vary based on individual circumstances.
