Job Title: Technical Support Specialist Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist Lead to join our team at Experis in Mountain View, CA. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience leading and managing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & People Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of logistics specialists and technical support personnel.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify training needs.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and ensure team members have the resources to succeed.

Technical Support Management:

  • Oversee the provision of technical support to users of AR hardware and software.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation and knowledge bases.
  • Implement processes for troubleshooting, bug triage, and RMA management.

Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year

Bonus: Up to 15% annual bonus
