Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be working closely with our network team to resolve technical issues and ensure optimal system performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Installation and Maintenance: Assist in installing and maintaining local desktops, including software and hardware upgrades.
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving issues related to network connectivity, hardware, and software.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot network equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure system stability.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A strong background in computer science or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in IT/Helpdesk support.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
