Job Title: Guest Services Agent

We're seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Guest Services Agent to join our Front Office team at Hotel Hive in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional personalized customer service and experiences to guests
  • Live like a local, with knowledge of the neighborhood and city
  • Think on your feet, use good judgment, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide support to front office leaders and the entire hotel team
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
  • Open availability required, with a willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing (preferred)
