Job Summary:

The Kiosk Sales Associate is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for guests at our retail kiosks. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register or other point-of-sale system.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, restocking supplies and merchandise as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and move frequently throughout the workday.

Physical and Mental Demands:

  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.

Equipment Used:

  • Cash register or other point-of-sale system.
  • Calculator or other math equipment.
