Position Title: Manufacturing Process Specialist
Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled Manufacturing Process Specialist to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the development and refinement of efficient manufacturing workflows, ensuring adherence to product quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute manufacturing workflows
- Offer technical assistance and resolve issues
- Drive initiatives for continuous improvement
- Establish and enforce process guidelines
- Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Proficient mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with MS-Project, Solid Works, and similar software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in the Wire and Cable sector
- Mindset geared towards continuous improvement
- Certification as a 6 Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Training in Lean Manufacturing principles
