Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Reservations and Call Center Specialist at Catamount Ski Resort LLC. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing reservations, and handling customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservations and Sales: Take and input reservations into our computer system, process payments, and send confirmations to customers.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information on daily prices, promotions, and packages.
  • Call Center Operations: Answer general phone calls, transfer calls to the appropriate department, and retrieve voicemails as needed.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, report to work on time, and comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and math skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The working areas can be breezy, and the employee is regularly required to sit for extended periods, stand occasionally, and walk outside over uneven terrain.
