Administrative Coordinator Role

As an Administrative Coordinator at the State of South Carolina, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the administrative duties and activities of the Business Office. This includes greeting and directing patients and visitors, notifying staff of patient arrival, collecting and verifying patient information and insurances, and answering and directing incoming calls. You will also schedule and reschedule appointments using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
