Role Description:
In this dynamic role, you will engage in the creation and management of engineering documentation, including detailed blueprints and GD&T tolerances. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing and overseeing machine processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes CAD design, CNC programming, tool list preparation, setup, and documentation for part finishing.

Your expertise in operating diverse CNC machinery such as turning centers, mills, lasers, and turret punches will be essential in supporting production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CNC programs tailored to customer specifications
  • Apply GD&T principles, geometry, and trigonometry fundamentals
  • Design manufacturing processes to align with production timelines
  • Implement strategies for cost reduction through CNC programming enhancements
  • Collaborate on the design and development of tooling
Requirements:
  • High School diploma is required
  • Associate or Technical Degree is mandatory
  • A minimum of 4 years of CNC programming experience is essential
  • Prior experience with CAD software (AutoCAD) and MasterCam is necessary
