Role Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be tasked with creating and managing engineering documentation, including detailed blueprints and GD&T tolerances. Your responsibilities will encompass optimizing and overseeing machine processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This includes CAD design, CNC programming, tool list creation, setup, and documentation for part finishing.

You will operate a variety of CNC machinery, such as turning centers, mills, lasers, and turret punches, playing a crucial role in supporting production schedules and ensuring timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and sustain CNC programs tailored to customer specifications
  • Apply GD&T principles, geometry, and trigonometry fundamentals
  • Design manufacturing processes to adhere to production timelines
  • Implement strategies for cost reduction through CNC programming optimization
  • Collaborate on the design and development of tooling
Requirements:
  • High School diploma is required
  • Associate or Technical Degree is mandatory
  • A minimum of 4 years of CNC programming experience is essential
  • Prior experience with CAD software (AutoCAD) and MasterCam is required
