Position Overview

Aerin Medical is at the forefront of revolutionizing care for individuals suffering from ENT conditions. As a Regional Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our mission-driven organization, committed to improving the lives of those affected by untreated ENT conditions. This position involves direct contributions to our innovation initiatives and enhanced patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and staff at designated clinical sites, ensuring high levels of service and responsiveness through ongoing education and clinical expertise regarding our products.
  • Collaborate with healthcare facility leadership to introduce and implement new technologies.
  • Articulate the value proposition and facilitate the introduction of groundbreaking technology within the ENT sector.
  • Demonstrate and disseminate comprehensive clinical knowledge of our products, their applications, usage instructions, and procedural techniques.
  • Lead training sessions for physicians identified as key partners.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities to leverage Aerin products in support of physician treatment planning.
  • Employ an ethical, consultative approach to encourage physician engagement with our products.
  • Coordinate logistical and inventory management between clinical sites and Aerin Medical.
  • Provide operational support during procedures in both office and operating room settings.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Professional Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the medical device industry, with a strong preference for ENT or Plastics experience.
  • A proven track record of success and exceeding sales targets (e.g., Rep of the Year, Presidents Club).
  • Experience in physician office sales, disruptive technologies, and start-up environments is advantageous.
  • A medical background or military experience will be considered.

Additional Skills:

  • Demonstrated sales acumen with a history of surpassing goals within sales organizations.
  • Ability to successfully launch innovative technologies in new markets.
  • Proven leadership capabilities among peers.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present to executive leadership as required.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; adept at managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Engagement in customer meetings, training sessions, conferences, and other relevant gatherings.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Provide constructive feedback to sales leadership and R&D teams.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more).
