Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leaders to facilitate the introduction of cutting-edge technology in their practices.
- Effectively communicate the advantages and applications of our groundbreaking products within the ENT sector.
- Demonstrate comprehensive clinical knowledge of our products, including their applications and procedural techniques.
- Conduct training sessions for physicians to ensure proficient use of Aerin products.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to integrate Aerin solutions into patient care strategies.
- Adopt a consultative approach to foster physician engagement and commitment to our offerings.
- Manage logistical support and inventory coordination between clinical sites and Aerin Medical.
- Assist in operating room and office procedures as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in the medical device industry, with a strong preference for experience in ENT or plastics.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and recognition in previous roles.
- Experience in physician office sales and launching innovative technologies is advantageous.
- A background in healthcare or military service will be considered.
Additional Skills:
- Demonstrated sales acumen with a history of surpassing performance metrics.
- Ability to introduce and advocate for innovative technologies in new markets.
- Strong leadership capabilities among peers.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to various stakeholders.

- Engagement in customer meetings, training sessions, and relevant conferences.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently as required.
