Regional Sales Professional

**Job Summary**
At Titan Formwork Systems, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Representative to join our team. As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sell Titan Formwork products and services by building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Support technical sales and on-site service of large multi-family residential, commercial, and institutional projects in regional markets.
- Develop business plans for accounts to meet or exceed sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction objectives.
- Interface with key customer executives in a professional, mutually beneficial partnership.
- Retain and grow revenue, increase account share, and meet sales budget requirements.
- Perform special projects and complete all other duties as assigned or requested to support the organization.
**Requirements:**
- Comprehensive understanding of architectural and structural drawings, estimating, pricing, and supplier contracts.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of five years of experience in forming and shoring.
- Regional travel required.
