Pendulum Staffing is a prominent provider of aggregate transportation and delivery services in the Central Texas region. We focus on supplying high-quality materials to landscaping businesses, ensuring our partners have the necessary resources for their projects. Our company is a rapidly growing entity with a robust network of contract drivers, capable of supporting projects of any scale.
Position Summary:
We are in search of a driven and results-oriented Territory Sales Executive to enhance our team. This position is vital for broadening our customer base and boosting sales of our aggregate products. As a Territory Sales Executive, your responsibilities will include reaching out to landscaping businesses, promoting our offerings, conducting client research, negotiating sales terms, and managing ongoing client relationships. With a proven track record in the Dallas area, we are now expanding our reach to Austin, TX, and neighboring regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Development: Identify and engage potential landscaping businesses to introduce Pendulum Staffing's aggregate products.
- Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive research to grasp market dynamics, pinpoint potential clients, and evaluate competitors to offer competitive pricing.
- Sales Demonstrations: Effectively showcase our products to landscaping businesses, emphasizing their benefits and unique selling points.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and sales terms to ensure a win-win situation for both parties.
- Client Relations: Foster strong relationships with current clients, ensuring their requirements are met and orders are processed efficiently.
- Reporting: Provide consistent updates and sales reports to the Sales Director.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales, ideally within the trucking, hauling, or landscaping sectors.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the local market and landscaping industry is advantageous.
- Self-driven and goal-focused.
- Experience in landscaping supply is a plus.
Compensation Structure:
- This role operates on a commission-only basis, providing 7% of the gross profit on all sales, encompassing both new and existing accounts.
- The anticipated total annual compensation in the first year is $100,000+ for full-time engagement.
