REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE - NEUROSURGERY & ORTHOPEDIC SPINE DIVISION:

We are looking for an entry-level (2-3 years' experience) Regional Sales Executive to represent our Neurosurgery suite of medical devices, surgical instruments, and accessories. The Regional Sales Executive will be tasked with managing and nurturing existing accounts while also pursuing new business opportunities within their designated territory. A commitment to travel (40%) is required, including overnight stays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, surgeons, and hospital personnel
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned geographic area
  • Provide product support and consultation to surgeons and operating room staff during surgical procedures
  • Conduct outreach through phone calls and meetings with both existing and prospective accounts
  • Assist with ordering, logistics, scheduling, and support for surgical instruments/products in hospitals and surgical centers
  • Contribute to revenue growth in assigned territories through strategic business development efforts
  • Collaborate with PMT sales staff, customer service, marketing teams, and other departments at corporate headquarters
  • Complete the sales associate development program to gain the necessary technical, clinical, and sales skills to advance to a Product Specialist role within 18-24 months
  • Engage in additional projects as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE REGIONAL SALES EXECUTIVE:
  • Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned territory
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays (40% travel requirement)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience, ideally within the same organization
  • Experience managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to contract finalization
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated approach
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Proven track record of successfully acquiring new business
  • Comfortable observing medical procedures in operating room settings
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office and CRM/Netsuite
  • Familiarity with the Surgical Industry
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
