Become a vital member of our dynamic team at Bickford of Saginaw Township as a Family Advocate. This role serves as the sales leader responsible for driving occupancy and revenue within our community.

In this position, you will engage with seniors and their families, providing support and understanding as they navigate the challenges associated with aging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized tours and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
  • Utilize the customer relationship management (CRM) system to document and organize follow-ups.
  • Train Branch staff to ensure exceptional phone and tour hospitality.
  • Assist in managing the move-in process to facilitate a seamless transition for new residents and their families.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community professionals to enhance referral opportunities.
  • Ensure the Branch is well-presented to optimize the customer experience.
  • Participate in weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in senior housing sales leadership is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • A valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Bickford's insurance requirements.
