Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct personalized tours and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure organized and documented follow-ups.
  • Train Branch staff to provide exceptional phone and tour hospitality.
  • Assist in managing the move-in process to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and their families.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with community professionals to enhance referral opportunities.
  • Ensure the Branch is well-prepared to provide an optimal customer experience.
  • Facilitate weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is preferred.
  • Experience in senior housing sales leadership is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new software.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Bickford's insurance criteria.
