Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct personalized tours and follow up with prospective residents and their families.
- Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) system to ensure organized and documented follow-ups.
- Train Branch staff to provide exceptional phone and tour hospitality.
- Assist in managing the move-in process to ensure a seamless transition for new residents and their families.
- Establish and nurture relationships with community professionals to enhance referral opportunities.
- Ensure the Branch is well-prepared to provide an optimal customer experience.
- Facilitate weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with the Branch Leadership team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree in sales or marketing is preferred.
- Experience in senior housing sales leadership is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel), with the ability to learn new software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Bickford's insurance criteria.
