Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze individual dealership warranty and parts purchasing patterns.
- Assess dealer financial performance and offer consulting to enhance customer experience and retail operations.
- Engage in extensive travel to effectively manage the assigned geographical area.
- Consult with dealership management regarding market opportunities.
- Conduct in-dealership training for personnel on Alfa Romeo products.
- Coordinate grassroots initiatives to elevate awareness of the Alfa Romeo brand.
Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, service, or marketing, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional presentation abilities.
- Over 5 years of experience in retail automotive operations.
- Previous experience in an OEM field role.
