This role acts as a crucial link between Alfa Romeo dealerships and the brand itself, providing support in all facets of customer experience and retail growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze individual dealership warranty and parts purchasing patterns.
  • Assess dealer financial performance and offer consulting to enhance customer experience and retail operations.
  • Engage in extensive travel to effectively manage the assigned geographical area.
  • Consult with dealership management regarding market opportunities.
  • Conduct in-dealership training for personnel on Alfa Romeo products.
  • Coordinate grassroots initiatives to elevate awareness of the Alfa Romeo brand.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, service, or marketing, with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional presentation abilities.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Over 5 years of experience in retail automotive operations.
  • Previous experience in an OEM field role.
