Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze dealer warranty claims and parts procurement patterns to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assess financial performance metrics of dealerships and provide strategic consultation to enhance customer service and retail operations.
  • Engage in extensive travel to maintain effective oversight of the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to explore market opportunities and provide in-dealership training on Alfa Romeo products.
  • Organize and coordinate community events to bolster brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Automotive Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, service, or marketing within the automotive sector, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in retail automotive operations.
  • Previous experience in an OEM field role.
