Job Overview

Ozone Roofing, Inc. is a leading provider of roofing services, seeking an experienced Sales Team Lead to oversee our sales and project crews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage roofing projects from start to finish, including sales, insurance claims, and project management/installation.
  • Lead a team of sales staff and labor crew, supervising job sites and crews throughout the installation/production process.
  • Oversee all sales activities, including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts.
  • Perform estimates and inspections, ordering materials and completing labor sheets for your crew.
  • Start insurance claims, read insurance scopes, invoice, and collect payment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to new and existing customers.
  • Track sales and projects in our CRM AccuLynx.
  • Uphold the company's core values.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience.
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites.
  • Ability to work Monday to Saturday.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Ability and willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area).
  • Commit 10-12 hours per day toward your own success.
  • Money-motivated and self-motivated with strong customer service skills.
  • Honesty and professionalism.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials).
