POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Sales Lead significantly influences the implementation of brand standards and enhances the teammate experience.

Under the direction of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead serves as the in-store authority for their specific department.

The Lead prioritizes delivering exceptional service to customers while guiding teammates effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Aids in building a strong team by participating in in-store interviews and department orientations.
- Fosters a people-centric culture by engaging with every teammate to establish mutual trust and respect.
- Plans and organizes tasks with a 30-day outlook, guided by the Assistant Store Manager.
- Strategically utilizes teammates to ensure adherence to brand standards and appropriately delegates tasks based on urgency.
- Maintains company merchandising and presentation standards.
- Supports the store leadership team with general supervision duties.
- Assists in training teammates on company policies and procedures.
- Prioritizes personal and team development through coaching.
- Models the organization's vision and store objectives.
- Promotes an inclusive environment within the store.
- Complies with established safety and loss prevention policies.
- Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. repeatedly.
- Capability to work extended periods (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
- Ability to work at heights exceeding 4 feet using a ladder or platform.
- Capacity to perform repetitive motions for brief periods (up to 2 hours continuously).
