POSITION SUMMARY:
The Retail Sales Lead is instrumental in executing brand standards and enhancing the teammate experience.

Under the guidance of the Assistant Store Manager and Store Manager, the Lead serves as the in-store authority for their designated department.

The Lead is committed to delivering exceptional service to customers while providing direction and support to fellow teammates.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in recruiting and developing a strong team by participating in in-store interviews and department tours.
- Foster a people-centric culture by engaging with every teammate to cultivate mutual trust and respect.
- Strategically plan and organize tasks 30 days in advance with the support of the Assistant Store Manager.
- Effectively utilize teammates to ensure brand standards are upheld and responsibilities are assigned based on priority.
- Maintain company merchandising and presentation standards.
- Support the store leadership team with overall supervision.
- Aid in training teammates on company policies and procedures.
- Prioritize personal and team development through coaching.
- Lead by example to align with the organization's vision and store objectives.
- Promote an inclusive environment within the store.
- Adhere to established safety and loss prevention policies.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Capability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours).
- Comfort working at heights greater than 4 feet using a ladder or platform.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short durations (up to 2 hours continuously).
