Key Responsibilities- Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge, deliver consistent and exceptional customer service, and engage with customers throughout our product fitting process.
- Sales Performance: Make sales, set up appointments over the phone, and achieve company sales productivity standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and applications to provide expert advice to customers.
- Store Operations: Restock merchandise, process customer returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales consultants and other team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required, some college preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years with commission-based sales/retail experience, experience with one-on-one sales presentations, and ability to work weekends.
- Skills: Great communication and interpersonal skills, competitive and self-motivated, and ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, and climbing.
