Position Summary:
We are in search of a self-motivated candidate with substantial B2B sales experience throughout the state. The selected individual will be tasked with developing and managing retailer accounts (including major retailers), prospecting, and closing new business opportunities while managing sales efforts towards these retailers.

The ideal candidate should possess a solid understanding of Motorola's product offerings and demonstrate strong negotiation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies to optimize revenue growth and profitability while identifying new business opportunities.
- Achieve designated sales targets.
- Conduct competitor analysis and formulate sales strategies accordingly.
- Quickly assimilate new product characteristics and effectively communicate their value to both employees and customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Expand and manage the client database within the designated territory.

Qualifications:
- A robust network within the retail sectors of 3C, beauty, and home appliances is advantageous.
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience in the retail industry related to the aforementioned sectors.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or public safety is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Access.
- Familiarity with IT sales to commercial accounts, Motorola's portfolio, competitive landscape, and customer procurement processes.

Working Conditions:
The role requires the employee to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors, including heat, cold, humidity, and dryness.

Travel Requirements:
The candidate must be willing to travel as necessary.

Job Types:
Full-time, Commission-based

Salary:
$55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
