About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team at Spectrum Enterprise. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and former clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of computer networking, Internet solutions, and fiber-connected networks
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications
  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience selling telecommunications products
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, ICOMS, or CSG
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
