What to Expect as an Account Executive:
Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 annually plus a lucrative commission structure, with significant potential for a six-figure income.
- This role involves outside sales, focusing on the complete range of CASE construction equipment, including loader/backhoes, excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, vibratory compaction rollers, crawler dozers, skid steer loaders, compact track loaders, loader tool carriers, and rough-terrain forklifts.
- We seek a self-motivated individual with a proven track record in outside B2B sales and the ability to foster strong relationships.
- A successful background in selling heavy or compact construction equipment is essential, along with the capability to effectively manage client accounts.
- Your customer base will include Contractors, Utilities, Corporations, and Commercial and Industrial entities within the Sonsray Machinery dealer territory.
- The Account Executive will be tasked with generating new business while achieving satisfactory sales volume and gross profit margins, all while maintaining accurate marketing data through our CRM system.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is crucial, as additional responsibilities may arise based on operational needs.
- This position reports directly to the Store Manager.
- Regular travel to client locations is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a valid Driver's License for company use.
