About the Role

Mankato Motor Company, a leading automotive retailer in Minnesota, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing sales team at our Chevrolet store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Stay up-to-date on product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technology to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
  • Follow up with buyers to ensure referral business and maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to achieve sales objectives and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn new product information quickly and effectively communicate it to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
