Kroubetz Lakeside Campers Lake Crystal is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RV Sales Professional to join our team. As an RV Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Customer Service
- Understand and implement the dealership's sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to RV delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle.
- Business Development
- Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Product Knowledge
- Remain up-to-date on products and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
- Familiarize yourself with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Work weekends to maximize earning potential and meet sales targets.
Requirements
- Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
