About the Role

Kroubetz Lakeside Campers Lake Crystal is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven RV Sales Professional to join our team. As an RV Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling recreational vehicles to customers, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service
    • Understand and implement the dealership's sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
    • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to RV delivery, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Present and demonstrate inventory to customers, highlighting the features and benefits of each vehicle.
  • Business Development
    • Create and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
    • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Remain up-to-date on products and market trends to provide expert advice to customers.
    • Familiarize yourself with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions and sales data.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Work weekends to maximize earning potential and meet sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience, education, and prior sales training are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
