Community Sales Advisor

Position Overview:
The Sales Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with the community's Senior Living Consultant to achieve occupancy and revenue objectives. This role is integral to the daily sales operations, including lead generation, prospect engagement, and move-in facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a relationship-driven sales approach, ensuring effective lead management and nurturing prospects from initial inquiry to move-in. This includes conducting tours, explaining services, following up, and coordinating the move-in process.
- Engage in outreach efforts and manage referral relationships with essential stakeholders, including discharge planners and senior centers.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless transition for prospects from assessment to move-in.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining sales performance metrics and occupancy budgets.
- Implement marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Stay informed about local market trends and competitive landscape to optimize site positioning.
- Perform additional duties as required.
