Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate a relationship-driven sales process, ensuring effective lead management and nurturing prospects from initial inquiry to move-in, including conducting tours, explaining services, and coordinating transitions.
  2. Engage in outreach efforts and manage relationships with key stakeholders, such as discharge planners and senior centers.
  3. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure a seamless process for prospects from assessment to move-in.
  4. Assist in tracking and maintaining sales performance metrics and occupancy budgets.
  5. Support the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
  6. Stay informed about local market trends and competitive landscape to position the community effectively.
  7. Perform additional duties as assigned.
