Position Overview:
As a Parts Sales Specialist, you will be instrumental in ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction while enhancing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and recommend appropriate parts.
- Respond to incoming inquiries with professionalism and promptness.
- Reach out to customers proactively to identify needs and promote parts and service offerings.
- Process customer invoices accurately, ensuring correct application of discounts and payment methods.
- Initiate orders for machine downtime and stock replenishment to meet customer demands.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked display area, utilizing effective merchandising strategies.
- Assist in the receipt of daily stock deliveries and manage inventory transfers.
- Provide support to team members as required.
- Relay customer feedback to management for resolution.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization within the department, including display areas and storage.
- Contribute to a safe and tidy Parts Department environment.
- Document shipment discrepancies and report inventory adjustments to the Parts Manager.
- Participate in inventory control activities and generate departmental reports.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Promote marketing initiatives for the Parts department.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols.
- Engage in ongoing training to enhance parts knowledge.
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in standard office software such as Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Effective application of consultative selling techniques in daily interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Over one year of experience in parts management is preferred.
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to obtain certification is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of agricultural machinery is beneficial.
