Job Overview

Position Summary: The primary role involves overseeing project teams, ensuring their integration within the organization, and articulating a clear vision for the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate the efficient implementation of AzureDevOps (ADO) within agile teams to automatically track and report on quality and performance metrics.
  2. Enhance communication and information flow between external stakeholders and the project team, while monitoring project progress and providing constructive feedback.
  3. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals, collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders.
  4. Develop comprehensive project plans and communication materials, managing expectations among team members and stakeholders.
  5. Identify and oversee project dependencies and critical paths to ensure timely delivery.
  6. Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones utilizing appropriate project management tools.
  7. Conduct daily team meetings to capture project updates, address potential challenges, and maintain project alignment.
  8. Maintain a centralized repository of milestones from various workstream leads, providing status updates and escalating risks as necessary.
  9. Manage a risk and issues registry, tracking progress and implementing contingency plans as needed.
  10. Oversee Agile processes with system integrators, validating team velocity and managing task submissions on a weekly basis.
  11. Provide timely metrics and audit results to assess progress towards quality objectives.
  12. Promote Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives to identify and eliminate project barriers.
