Wealth Management Consultant

Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • CFP designation is highly preferred
  • Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and insurance licenses are required prior to employment
  • Essential: 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry or a related field; 10+ years is preferred.
  • Essential: 3-5 years of experience in financial planning; 5+ years is preferred.
  • Proven history of exceptional client satisfaction and commitment (e.g., high NPS, retention rates, etc.) and successful financial planning engagements.


Your Role's Purpose

As a Wealth Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the effective execution of wealth management strategies for clients, aiming to achieve a high level of client loyalty and foster long-term relationships. This will be accomplished through personalized and dedicated financial planning that integrates seamlessly with investment management for our esteemed clients.



Skills You Bring
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and family dynamics
  • Proven track record in developing wealth management plans and strategies for both new and existing clients through fee-based services
  • Extensive experience in executing and integrating key components of the wealth planning process, including Cash Flow Analysis, Investment Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, Tax Strategies, and Family Assistance
  • Experience in guiding and facilitating the implementation of financial plans into suitable solutions based on client objectives
  • Solid understanding of investment and portfolio management principles, financial theories, and a comprehensive range of investment products
  • Ability to communicate market influences and present regular investment updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Successful sales experience in fiduciary planning and asset management, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a high-volume and dynamic environment
  • Proactive and collaborative spirit, working effectively across the organization to achieve results
  • Technologically adept, utilizing technology to enhance the planning practice
  • Strong team collaboration and leadership abilities
