Wealth Management Advisor

The Wealth Management Advisor is focused on enhancing and nurturing relationships with families by collaboratively developing ongoing, tailored, and holistic planning and investment strategies that align with their financial aspirations today, in the future, and for generations ahead.



Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • CFP designation is highly preferred
  • Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and insurance licenses must be obtained prior to employment
  • Required: 5+ years of experience in financial services or a related sector, with 10+ years preferred.
  • Required: 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, with 5+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated history of high client satisfaction and commitment (e.g., high NPS, retention rates, etc.) and proven success in financial planning engagements and solution implementation (e.g., financial plans delivered, asset consolidation, etc.)


Your Role's Purpose

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be instrumental in executing wealth management strategies for clients, fostering high levels of client loyalty and long-term relationships. This role involves providing personalized and dedicated financial planning that integrates seamlessly with investment management for our esteemed clients.

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and family dynamics
  • Proven ability to develop wealth management strategies with both new and existing clients through fee-based services (including discretionary and non-discretionary investment management)
  • Extensive experience in executing and integrating key elements of the wealth planning process, including Cash Flow Analysis, Investment Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, Tax Strategies, and Family Assistance
  • Proven experience in guiding the implementation of financial plans into suitable solutions based on client objectives
  • Strong understanding of investment and portfolio management principles, financial theories, and a comprehensive range of investment products
  • Ability to communicate market influences and present regular investment updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Successful sales record in fiduciary planning and asset management, with the ability to thrive in a high-volume, priority-driven environment
  • Ambitious and collaborative spirit, with a focus on achieving results across the organization
  • Technologically adept, leveraging technology to enhance planning practices
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities

  • Facilitating the implementation of financial plans into appropriate solutions based on client goals
  • Building a relationship-based practice: fostering deep, trusted, and enduring relationships across generations to assist families in navigating life stages and wealth transfer decisions
  • Enhancing client loyalty, share of wallet, and referrals from existing clients
  • Collaborating with colleagues and sharing best practices to cultivate a culture of planning


Impact of Your Work on the Organization

As a Wealth Management Advisor, your expertise, dedication, and commitment to personalized financial planning will attract, serve, and retain clients seeking tailored financial solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $200,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
