As a Senior Finance Partner within the Finance Department, your primary responsibility will be to deliver strategic financial insights that drive the financial success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis: Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute Midyear and Annual sales and operational expenditure plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present Mid-Month Sales Forecasts and monthly financial summaries, providing clarity on financial performance.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, and key stakeholders to develop comprehensive strategic plans and accurate forecasts.
- Market Insights: Analyze market trends in Ostomy and Continence Care, providing actionable insights to enhance business performance.
- Ad-hoc Analysis: Conduct special project support and analyses as requested, focusing on various metrics such as distributor performance and product trends.
- Year-End Management: Lead the Year-End Management process in partnership with Distribution, Operations, and Customer Service teams.
- Accounting Support: Assist with month-end and year-end accounting processes, including accruals and account reconciliations.
- Reporting Improvement: Enhance Monthly OPEX reporting and Distributor Purchase and Sales Out reporting.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant finance experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with leadership.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, with advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of GAAP and accounting processes.
