Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst role is pivotal in fostering financial collaboration to enhance, plan, and evaluate the fiscal performance of the organization.

This position will collaborate closely with the US Continence Care team and leadership to facilitate the financial planning process, delving into the data to assist management in comprehending significant trends in operational results, while ensuring accurate and timely planning and reporting.

Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Collaborate with Country Leadership to spearhead Midyear and Annual sales and OPEX plans, or as needed.
    • Assist in the preparation of Midyear and AOP regional presentations.
    • Prepare and submit Mid-Month Sales Forecast and Flash reports monthly.
    • Develop Strategic Plans in partnership with Marketing, NSM, and Country Manager.
    • Work alongside Demand Planning and Marketing on forecasts.
    • Drive market insights in Ostomy and Continence Care by closely collaborating with Key Accounts, marketing, and sales teams.
    • Deliver meaningful reporting and financial analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
    • Provide ad-hoc analyses and special project support upon request, including by distributor, product, or territory.
    • Lead the Year-End Management process in coordination with Distribution, Operations, and Customer Service.
  • Accounting Support:
    • Support Month-end/Year-end processes with Accruals, Account Reconciliations review, and provide explanations for sales and distributor variances as necessary.
  • Reporting:
    • Enhance and drive Monthly OPEX reporting.
    • Improve and drive Distributor Purchase and Sales Out reporting.
    • Assist in preparing the MMR report.

Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in Finance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
  • Ability to effectively partner and communicate with the US leadership team.
  • Capability to apply financial concepts and identify financial opportunities.
  • Ability to think cross-functionally.
  • Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Extensive financial knowledge; Advanced BPC and SAP knowledge preferred.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, and controls.
