Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • CFP designation is highly preferred
  • Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and insurance licenses are required prior to employment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or a related sector; 10+ years is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of financial planning experience is required; 5+ years is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in client satisfaction and commitment (e.g., high NPS, retention rates, etc.) and a proven history of financial planning engagements and solution implementations (e.g., financial plans, mentorship, asset consolidation, etc.)


Your Role's Purpose

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be pivotal in executing wealth management strategies for clients, fostering high levels of client loyalty and enduring relationships. This role entails delivering personalized and dedicated financial planning integrated with investment management for our esteemed clients.



Skills You Bring
  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and family dynamics
  • Proven experience in developing wealth management plans and strategies for both new and existing clients through fee-based services (including discretionary and non-discretionary investment management)
  • Extensive experience in executing and integrating key components of the wealth planning process, including Cash Flow Analysis, Investment Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, Tax Strategies, and Family Assistance
  • Experience in guiding the implementation of financial plans into suitable solutions based on client objectives
  • Strong understanding of investment and portfolio management principles, financial theories, and a comprehensive range of investment products
  • Ability to communicate market influences and present regular investment updates to clients and team members.
  • Proven sales record in fiduciary planning and asset management, thriving in a high-volume and dynamic environment
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments to achieve objectives
  • Technologically adept, utilizing technology to enhance planning practices
  • Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
