Wealth Management Advisor

Qualifications We Seek
  • Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred
  • CFP designation is highly preferred
  • Series 7, 63, 65, 66, and insurance licenses are required prior to employment
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or a related sector; 10+ years is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in financial planning is required; 5+ years is preferred
  • Proven history of high client satisfaction and commitment (e.g., high NPS, retention rates, etc.)
  • Demonstrated success in financial planning engagements and solution implementation (e.g., financial plans delivered, asset management, etc.)


Your Role's Purpose

As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will be instrumental in executing wealth management strategies for clients, fostering high levels of client loyalty and long-term relationships. This role involves delivering personalized and dedicated financial planning integrated with investment management for our esteemed clients.

  • Exceptional emotional intelligence with the ability to establish trust and rapport with clients and their families
  • Knowledge of behavioral economics and family dynamics
  • Proven track record in developing wealth management strategies for new and existing clients through fee-based services
  • Extensive experience in executing key components of the wealth planning process, including Cash Flow Analysis, Investment Strategy, Retirement Planning, Income Protection, Asset Protection, Tax Strategies, and Family Assistance
  • Experience in guiding the implementation of financial plans tailored to client objectives
  • Solid understanding of investment and portfolio management principles, financial strategies, and a wide array of investment products
  • Ability to communicate market influences and present regular investment updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Successful sales experience in fiduciary planning and asset management, with a proven ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
  • Proactive and collaborative spirit, working effectively across the organization to achieve results
  • Technologically adept, utilizing technology to enhance planning practices
  • Strong team player with leadership capabilities

Impact of Your Work on the Organization

As a Wealth Management Advisor, your passion, expertise, and dedication to personalized financial planning will attract and retain clients seeking tailored financial solutions.

The base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $200,000 per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.

Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.
