About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Level Data Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ongoing project maintenance and relationship management, driving value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Gross Retention Rate (GRR) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR) impact within a growing organization.
  • Drive measurable results in a State Department of Education (DOE) or similar large-scale setting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, leveraging various customer success metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Data Science, Business, etc.)
  • Proven track record of achieving GRR and NRR targets
  • Experience working with state-level education systems or large-scale data environments
  • Familiarity with SaaS implementation and maintenance processes
