Job Summary

Mr. Handyman is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and leading a team of customer service representatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including phone, receiving, inventory management, and office staff scheduling.
  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Lead follow-up, customer booking, and scheduling of work.
  • Appointment confirmation calls and customer satisfaction calls.
  • Staff performance metrics and service technician schedule management.

Requirements
  • Focused, fearless, and friendly on the phones.
  • Clear voice and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong desktop computing skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, and Outlook.
  • Punctual, well-organized, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
  • Initiative, follow-through, attention to detail, and independent work skills.
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, and develop solutions.
